Assess and document risk communication during the 2009 A/H1N1 pandemic in four countries

CCC-I documented examples of ‘good’ and ‘smart’ practices, as well as practices that did not succeed during the 2009 outbreak of H1N1, particularly in terms of following the five WHO principles of risk communication. Entities studied included country governments, WHO and other UN bodies, civil society, medical institutions, and other stakeholders.
